Repairs
- We are not liable for loss or damage caused by fire, theft, testing or any other causes beyond our control.
- A diagnostic deposit is required at check in for all repairs. (Amps $60, Guitars $30) This deposit is non-refundable. If you choose to have your item repaired, the deposit will be applied to the final repair price.
- Repairs are warrantied for 30 days from the invoice date. Tubes are subject to the manufacturer warranty. Damage due to tube failure is not covered under warranty. There are no refunds for labor.
- Completed repairs not picked up within 14 days will accrue weekly storage fees. Items left for 30 days will be considered abandoned and may be sold or discarded.
- We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion. We will not work on items that have been infested by rodents, insects, mold or unspeakable disgusting things.
Returns and Refunds
Online Sales
- New items are returnable within 14 days of delivery.
- Used and vintage items are returnable within 7 days of delivery.
- Non-returnable items include: special orders, clearance items, and consignments.
- Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
- Buyer receives a full refund in their original payment method, less any shipping charges.
In Store Sales
- Normally stocked items are returnable within 7 days of the original invoice and must be in unused condition, complete with all original packaging.
- Non-returnable items include: special orders, clearance items, and consignments.
- Refunds for purchases made with a credit card will be refunded only to the original card. All other refunds will be made with check.
